All the sounds you purchase from our store remain the property of "Vestige Sounds", who is the "licensor".

By buying them, you are given non-exclusive rights to use the samples as the original end-user where you are the "licensee."

So you are now a licence holder who has non-exclusive rights.

A single purchase of any of our products only grants you one license. You should buy multiple copies as per your requirements if you are buying for more than one person.

All our sounds are completely royalty-free. You do not have to credit "Vestige Sounds" anywhere in your works. But if you want to credit us, we encourage that.

THINGS THAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO WITH OUR SOUNDS:

​

• You can use them in any of your personal or commercial projects, and we will not claim rights or any royalty percentages.

• You can use them for your distribution and placement in any streaming platforms or beat-selling platforms.

• You are given permission to manipulate the samples and recordings and use them in your projects.

• Samples can be stored in any number of devices as long as the device belongs "only" to the licensee.

 

THINGS THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO WITH OUR SOUNDS:

• You cannot re-sell or re-distribute the samples as yours/ transfer the license to another user.

• The licence is granted for a single user only, so if there are multiple users, buy the required number of copies of this sample pack.

• You are not permitted to alter the samples and resell them as your own.

 

To simply put, use them wherever you want in your projects, but just do not resell them or manipulate them and sell them as your own sounds.
