All the sounds you purchase from our store remain the property of "Vestige Sounds", who is the "licensor".

Buying them gives you non-exclusive rights to use the samples as the original end-user where you are the "licensee."

So you are now a license holder who has non-exclusive rights.

A single purchase of any of our products only grants you one license. You should buy multiple copies per your requirements if you buy for more than one person or a company.

All our sounds are completely royalty-free. You do not have to credit "Vestige Sounds" anywhere in your works. But if you want to credit us, we encourage that.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO WITH OUR SOUNDS/ PRESETS:

​

• You can use them in your personal or commercial projects, and we will not claim rights or royalty percentages.

• You can use them in your productions for distribution and placement in any streaming or beat-selling platform.

• You are given permission to manipulate/ modify the samples and presets and use them in your production projects.

• Samples/ Presets can be stored in any number of devices as long as the device belongs "only" to the licensee.

 

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO WITH OUR SOUNDS/ PRESETS:

• You cannot re-sell or re-distribute the samples/ presets as yours/ transfer the license to another user.

• The license is granted for a single user only, so if there are multiple users, buy the required number of copies of this sample pack or preset pack.

• You are not permitted to alter the samples/ presets and resell them as your own.

 

To simply put, use them wherever you want in your projects, but do not resell them or manipulate them and sell them as your own sounds or presets.
